        Take a few deep breaths and then slowly begin to count each in breath and out breath up to a count of 10. Really notice what each breath feels like. Cool on the way in, warm on the way out. Once you've calmed down a bit, remind yourself why you're doing this. Not worth giving in.

        You are aware that it is hard to go vegan/vegetarian and low carb at the same time, it seems. I've been a vegetarian for more than 8 years and never regretted it or missed much. By now I'm consuming only little dairy and egg products.
