    I relapsed after 140 days and it took a month to get back on it again and I'm already on day 41! I think I had to fail that streak to learn some things that are helping me this time! No worries, you will do it better this time!

  you're entering a flatline, it can last 2 to 10 months depending on how much you're addicted. If you've been addicted for a long time, you can be in it for a longer duration.
