    Hi Everyone. I'm 21. Started watching porn when i was around 11 or 12. Found it on my dad's pc. Cousin also showed me once. Initially it wasn't that bad. But over time by 10th standard I became fat, a complete shut-in, no self confidence and lots of complexes. By the time of college Health started going downhill. Fatigue, Brain Fog the full cocktail. Affected my life very badly. I have started Vipassana Meditation so somewhat recovering but it's still very bad. PMO is still getting very difficult to stop. I relapse almost every time. Hope it helps joining here.
