60 days is not bad. I am on about 45. And I feel how doing it forces me to look to myself and see where I have to improve myself in order to allow that energy to rise up to the upper chakras so to say.

I try not to argue too much because I get that it doesnt serve any purpose other than just expressing what is on my mind.

But sometimes I need to do that. Its therapeutical for me in a sense. But when Its going nowhere I withdraw.

I used to argue and get mad, sad whatever you know which wasnt healthy for me. But now I know not to involve too much of feeling into arguments like that.

And dont reduce the scope of your life to the sexual aspects of life. Thats where a lot of the quagmires of human suffering manifests.
