Day 3: SUCCESS
My most productive and successful day yet, since the start of my quest/thread!
I hope I keep this up and keep improving.

Day 1: SUCCESS
Been a good day. Exercised in the morning and studied for the rest of the day.

Day 6: SUCCESS
I will consider this day a success but I still really need to increase my output. I did wake up on time though. I am committed to increasing my output and tomorrow I will say success for this goal.

Day 10: Failed - Relapsed
Unfortunately, I failed and relapsed today.
The root was stress. I then touched myself and said only for a few seconds but then it could out of hand.

Day 5: SUCCESS
Did lots of study in addition to fitness. However, I work up late in addition to starting studies late. I will resolve this and tomorrow I will write here stating that I overcame this problem.

Day 9: SUCCESS
Again, my level of self-control is very high at the moment. However, from reading other threads I have heard of people relapsing after a couple of months so I always need to be cautious.
