    The child like bliss comes very occasionally during nofap period. I remember having same feeling yesterday while sitting in the park. Everything felt so beautiful and i had never been so blissful.

  3 weeks ago I relapsed after an 18 day streak. I was really depressed by it and almost binged several times, but I held on and now I'm here.

    Good to have you back! It's seriously awesome that you got back right away. Make sure you figure out what triggered you and what the underlying problem was so you can eliminate it this time round! Keep going forward, all the best!

  Day 9, feeling good with the weather. I also feel sensitivity and "hunger" downstairs, but I have to go to work soon, and that will help.

    Thanks. I did make it through the day, and a good part of the next day too, but then I gave in to trigger seeking and relapsed. Getting back on the horse today and imposing fines on myself for any trigger seeking from here on out.

  Today I went in and well, the massage lady started doing a little more and well, I didn't stop her. So this I think counts as a relapse. I'm repenting and will not go there again.. THanks for being there Ice.. I'm glad to have an accountability partner.. May God keep us both and strengthen us in this challenge and journey of self control.. Paul

    I think your right. It's a shame that you can't go back to the massage place, but avoiding the near occasion of sin is a big part of winning this.

  Thanks. Ice.. Appreciate your support.. Relapsed again in a really weird way.. Must confess it.. I went to a massage place that I've gone to in the past and it was all in the "up and up" just a massage and nothing else.. I wasn't expecting anything more if you know what I mean.

    Don't stop trying now. You've relapsed, but when you have something like seven weeks free, even a series of relapses can't take all your progress from you. Don't make the mistake of putting your head down to push through.

    Lift your head up, enjoy life, and walk above the challenge. You'll have to fight at times, but mostly you can just distract yourself. There is something incomplete in all our lives that drives us to PMO. The key, it seems, is to fill that emptiness and be satisfied with the good things in your life.

    I know I need more than what I've been doing lately, so I'm going to increase my prayers and reliance on God. I'm going to start going to a mass an extra time per week too.
