I'm just really happy right now for no particular reason, and I can't remember the last time I felt like this.
3 weeks ago I relapsed after an 18 day streak. I was really depressed by it and almost binged several times, but I held on and now I'm here.
You become what you do.

Some strong urges today. Entertained some bad thoughts, but went to confession. Feeling a lot better tonight, still a little bit tempted.
Day 9, feeling good with the weather. I also feel sensitivity and "hunger" downstairs, but I have to go to work soon, and that will help.
Tough day yesterday, having a lot of temptations today. Must avoid trigger seeking. I'll update tonight.Today I went in and well, the massage lady started doing a little more and well, I didn't stop her. So this I think counts as a relapse. I'm repenting and will not go there again.. THanks for being there Ice.. I'm glad to have an accountability partner.. I went to a massage place that I've gone to in the past and it was all in the "up and up" just a massage and nothing else.. I wasn't expecting anything more if you know what I mean.I went for seven weeks clean.. In a relapse mode.. You still going strong? What's your record if you don't mind me asking..
