Night falls stopped. Feeling great . Good progress till here. Can now stop the urges from coming.

I'm just fed up of this 'night fall'. I am getting frequent night falls yet I go to sleep with strong determination. But will still move on

If i quit now , then i will be back to where i jad started . And when i had started , i was desperately wishing to be where i am now .
