  my boredom related relapses turned out be caused by pain .. boredom means my mind is not busy .. and when my mind is free, it goes back to its unhealthy thinking ways, including self-criticism, self-pity, comparing myself to others .... these cause pain .. I alleviate pain with PMOing .. therefore boredom is innocent .. the real criminal was my pain
