Better today. Reflecting about the triggers at work: being bored at work have been a constant for 20 years.

But resisting

Tired. Bargaining with myself. Like it doesn't matter to PMO, like I've done enough and is time to enjoy, like it's ok, not that bad.

Trying to escape. Again. Worst day with urges since i start reboot. Peeking old things and reading past lives. But no PMO.

It's here and now. PMO is fake, it's just a escape. Am i bored at work? Am i procrastinating? Can't i do my work? Do something about it.

3 weeks. Feeling good.

Urges forgotten. Feeling like 1st week. This is a marathon not a sprint.

Curiosity is a BIG trigger for me. I need to understand what is in the other side, and being able to reproduce it in all its consequences.

Dangerous moment. I want to see. I want to try again to feel the same as the last days of real sex. Need to think about something else.

Now after the end of 4 amazing days, I feel the need of MORE. More sex, more excitment, more of the "good stuff". I need to re adjust

48 hours to have real sex. After 2 week of no PMO. I erased all my memories of P and sex (I hope). It feels like a first time.

Headaches. But in general feeling better about my sexuality. This is the right way.

Ten days. It's official. I don't remember going for so long without M. Maybe when I was 15?
