Keep going :) it took me about 10 years, it's not an easy one for sure...so don't get down on yourself if you're not making it as quick as you'd like. You'll find your success, so long as you don't give up.

It's a hard thing, we all know. Gather some knowledge. Stop making porn as your goal. Set another goal, like gathering knowledge. Read books about it, talk with others, connect. Share your stuff in a journal. You will see if you can quit pmo you will find joy to restart your hobbies again. Take care man, you're not alone here. Together everything is possible.
