Wow, that's an ambitious goal. Be careful about setting your goals too high... you might get discouraged and start to feel like this is unbeatable. Day by day is the approach that has worked best for me.

It's less over-confidence, and more a commitment to myself to not lose sight of my reasons. I've been so influenced by porn that I have probably only had natural, emotional sex with my wife on a handful of occasions. I know your advice is sound, but no matter how challenging it will get, and no matter how long it takes, I am choosing my love for my wife over self-gratification.
