    That’s very usual. It was the same for me. That’s the first step. Recognizing the contexts that drives you to feel that.
    
    Try some changes. If you can not leave your room for any reason, break what you usually do there. Something different. What about dancing? Put some funny music and make yourself laugh with a funny dance?
