Anyone knows how to take backup of your whole nofap data and activity and delete whole account including all the threads and conversatins, .

  Okay @The Pleasure Delusion, I see the fact of using a web scraper, may you tell me the resources to find how to code one. But I don't see how will it delete all the messages from both ends. Like if I do a conversation with you through this forum I cannot find a way to delete my messages from both my end and your end like in WhatsApp. I want to do this for some privacy reasons regarding the messages I sent.

  Have a look at Scrapy. We are on a web app. Meaning if you delete your side of the info, it will delete everywhere.
