    Be very awake now, when I relapsed at day 86 I was happy because I didn't binge.. but 4 days later things made me relapse again and binged strong. Remain vigilant!

    Always the weekend I relapse - I'm busy all week so shouldn't have a problem - need to keep my weekends busy and keep my mind occupied

    I relapsed at day 71 and binged for 3 days; now im on day 44. I found that after I relapsed on day 71 I didnt feel guilty over it, but I knew what was to come. And I quit cold turkey, after 3 days. It wasnt hard to quit, but more like the urges creeping, KNOW YOUR RELAPSE TIGGERS WELL, GOOD LUCK!

    I haven't had any bad urges since my wet dream tbh, everyone is different, I see it as part of the process - my body healing & I just felt depressed since then like in a flatline
