If I relapse, this is not failure. But it means there is a weakness in my defense. I should reinforce and start again.

I find P is like an enemy, if I do not attack it, it will attack me. Passivity is dangerous.

No urges. A no sugar diet helps.

On my second day, No urges. I expect urges on 4th day. My weaknesses are time of sleep, being alone at home, and boredom.

Would really need a friend to check on me each couple of days. So that i do not weaken
