People who relapse after a year of abstinence, why?

How can one change his thoughts? I wake up thinking about watching porn. Is there some process to change one's daydreams?

abstaining from porn and masturbation only did not do me good. I am going for hard mode

If I relapse, this is not failure. But it means there is a weakness in my defense. I should reinforce and start again.

I find P is like an enemy, if I do not attack it, it will attack me. Passivity is dangerous.

No urges. A no sugar diet helps.

On my second day, No urges. I expect urges on 4th day. My weaknesses are time of sleep, being alone at home, and boredom.
