My life has been a constant battle against PMO since I was a young'n. I have largely been trying to change it all myself, and have done pretty well so far. My trouble has always been in part intellectual (is stopping this actually something I want/need/care to do?), as well as getting past the Surge. I am aiming for consistent hard mode. Since coming across this community I figure it would be a great place to help me stay focussed, informed, and help to encourage others too. After much reading and thinking about this issue, I do believe it is for the best, and well worth the effort.
