      How would you like to communicate? What are your triggers?

      My triggers are stress and being alone. It seems I am always thinking about MO. Even when writing this I think about it.

      I am not doing hard mode as I am married and love being with my wife.

      I have a friend whom I am asking to be an AP as well because I need someone I know to hold me accountable.
