Well i relapsed today and i immediately went to your threads on post relapse, thanks for those. I am not resetting counter because like you said that's just foolish. If you have any other advice for me, private message me please. Hope you're feeling better now!:)

how you hanging in there buddy? You can overcome this, especially you. Discipline yourself now so you don't have regrets in the future. It's never as good as it seems, don't be a slave to lust. There's no going back, no compromises from her on out

  dam bro, how you feeling now. The withdrawals really suck i've been where you are too. But push through it. Give them another couple weeks and they will subside

  @goodnice I relapsed like a fucking idiot and feel even worse now because that's always followed by a week or more of depression and anxiety. I've gotten through the chaser effect through so at least it didn't turn into a binge, But im still gonna be fucked for a week or 2.

  Ya i know it sucks man. Remember these painful feelings before you give in. Every time you overcome the urge you get stronger. Perhaps take a slight break from this site and just think about stuff unrelated to PMO and come back when you feel the time is right. Just a suggestion that helps me once in a while
