Hello. Took 90 days hard more challenge to stop PMO but relapsed after 10 days itself, that too with an intense outburst.

Bhai you went 90 days and hence you know things that worked for you.
The battle ain't easy even after 200 days. You have to keep reminding yourself each day about this thing. How does it make you feel? What is it?
Stay vigilant each moment and don't let go off things loose.
The PMO demon strikes at that very moment. Hope you learn from mistakes and start over again.
