    I am recently separated after being with someone for 15+ years. The biggest strain on our relationship was that I was not into any sort of sex, as I had always had anxiety about it. I took to self satisfaction instead, and got very addicted to porn. I am with a new partner now, and I don't feel the same anxiety. I want to slowly abstain from porn, and not relapse.
