I recently found out about nofap and have read all the benefits of it and I decided to join today. I haven't emptied my balls since July 30th 2019. So it has only been a day, but I take supplements to increase dht levels for sex drive because I used to take finasteride. Then I decided I'd rather go bald and have a high sex drive than a head full of hair and no sex drive. The dht supplements are really working, my balls are getting bigger little by little. Trying to reverse all the damage I've done by taking finasteride and so far I'm making great progress. But I need help to control my renewed very high sex drive and to get jacking off under control.
