    Failed. Due to boringness and curiosity, I watched for few minutes and there's no way back from there.

    The day went well but at evening again having some stress due to some property related issues. It is very hard but I'm able to resist, thanks to this community!

    The day started well but at evening I was very stressed out. Earlier in this situation, I usually PMO but this time I tried hard to experience & observe whatever pain happening inside the mind. I somehow saved from failing and going to sleep little early today.

    Day 5/90.
    A strange thing happened with me today, I have dreamed about P which is not usual, I never had such dreams before. I was feeling bad inside my dream :D that I relapsed but once I awake, I feel relieved.
    This time I'm well prepared to triumph over any surprises:cool:.

    Failed. Early in the morning, I got a text message from a female friend whom I met online few years back and talk very rarely. I took the phone to bath to continue texting.
    Need to take strict action to stop taking phone to bathroom.

    Combination of both.....I am often having the same problem there's a girl I talk to and can't help but think sexulizating over her, which makes me want to look at porn

    Same here, but I wish to change and don't want to have those feelings for other than my partner.
    First will complete 90 days, if it won't fix the issue then might learn spirituality practices to control the mind.

    I finally failed today. It was due to stress the day before and I woke up at 3 a.m. and find it difficult to fall back asleep. The phone was nearby, and, in my country, Google's trending search always suggest mms videos, I relapsed then had a good sleep at around 5 a.m.
