I was an addict for six years tried to quite two other times unsuccessfully. I'm taking a more active approach this time and that is why I'm thankful that NoFap exists. I'm a student and web developer. Despite knowing my triggers I've maintained them and thus my addiction. So, there's no time like the present. I'm purging and rebuilding. I am blunt in my dealing with pornography and AP. It's what has worked for me and other's I know with addictions.
