    Thanks gents! I'm on day 17 of the no pmo hard mode challenge... 3rd try this time, and I happy to report that progress continues to be slow but steady. Much better than where I was 1/2 a year ago. I am in this for the long ride, and actually the idea of porn doesn't do anything for me. I don't miss it.
