Yes. Lust is the most difficult thing to annihilate and even a little sexual image has the possibility to create chain of events that may lead you to surrender & relapse to the strongest energy of body.

Yes, as your days progress and you practise abstinence. One of the first things you will realise is just how many "triggers" there are around us. We live in an oversexed and lust-crazed time where every desire seemingly begs fulfillment and can be done so easily.

Via technology. You do not need to block out everything. Tbh it is more beneficial if you only block out Porn and porn substitutes (Softcore, mainstream P-like content, soft erotica) and just see how the rest impacts you. If you find it troubling then out it goes. This entire journey is about YOU becoming comfortable with being in control of when and how you express your sexuality.
