    Thank you @Mahz but the truth is i had been constantil relapsing and i was not able to stopp myself. Anyway i am happpy to know that i am not alone and have got support.

    When I'm thinking about relapse all the time, it's usually either because I relapsed earlier the same day OR it's a symptom of some other problem I need to solve. Then if I keep brooding I switch from thinking about RELAPSE to thinking about RELAPSING, and the slope only gets slippier from there. Best thing is to try your best to be aware of what's causing the thoughts.

Hey there,
I have started to learn a new language!!!
Learning a new language means you are exposed to new ideas and thoughts that you were not used to. I am using this in my rebooting process!!! And learning a new language I helping me not relapse to some extent. I am happy that I am doing something new.
I am not suggesting you all to learn a new language to not relapse but what I am trying to emphasize is that when I am trying something new I am getting a lot of perspectives that I did not have before. This helps me find my purpose.
