The more I try to figure how to navigate NoFap, the less I think about fapping lol.
Really not sure how to navigate this sight or use it properly.
Lost all passion for life. Pushed everyone away and stopped taking care of myself.
Approaching 24 hours, thinking it would be easier if I was in a coma for about a month.
