Last night was terrible ,the urges were too high, I almost surrender myself but then realised what I am doing and saved myself from relapse.

Proud to say that I have reached 30 days without PMO , it's just a beginning towards extraordinary lifestyle . Next target 60 days ;-)

It's now 2 successful week without replace, it's not very big achievement but a small milestone towards the journey of extraordinary life

Wishing all the fapstronaut happy New year .. May this 2k19 brought us great happiness , new opportunities, new life free from PMO :-D

It's now a 10 days successful journey :-D .. without PMO and no relapse.. :-))

Well this is strange, Today I slept about 5 hours (4:00 - 9:00) but still I am fully recharged whole day no tiredness till now :-D:-D

1 successful week without PMO , results are amazing getting better day by day , Still moving forward next target 2 weeks .. :-D:-D

Firstly Merry Christmas to all.On my 5th day I feel awesome with little glow in my face unlike the previous dull face don't know why..

Now I wanna utilize the energy in muscle building and bigger bisceps . And after 30 days I would update status regarding my muscle building.

From now on, my new year resolution would be also nofap

From today with full focus and determination I decided to nofap make me free from PMO bondage . Today is the first step in this journey

After many attempts which I had made earlier .
