Relax mate, you need to calm down.. Stop whatever P/Psubs you are watching, delete all the P stash, if you can then install some P blockers, also I suggest you to read "Your Brain on P" by Gary Wilson.. He explains the science behind any addiction!! Cheers & good luck :) Take it one day at a time & keep yourself as much busy as possible!!

Thanks dude, it has destroyed my life literally. I don't want to be an self aggrandiser but it has been the reason of my misery.
I am trying a lot but relapses keep happening after 4 days at average.

Its okay, I understand how you feel, acknowledgement is the 1st step towards recovery.. If possible, journal your thoughts so when you want to reflect on them, you can!! Atleast you're abstaining for 4 days, its an improvement from the past.. This community is wonderful !! Cheers & good luck!!
