I chose to abstain from pmo initially but fell into the mo trap..so my no p streak is ahead of mo... it's been unwise for me to try just abstain from p cause allowing myself the pleasure of mo eventually led to p. But if you are able and determined to get that mo streak going too and first want to focus on no p, you can! You'll discover whether it works as you go... good luck :)

    Yeah that's good advice, in fact very sound advice indeed. I think I really only needed to recover from porn as I don't masturbate regularly anymore or just do it when I'm bored/sad. But yeah I have what seems to be called retarded masturbation so eventually I think I will probably abstain from MO.

    And yes Icyweb I do, I'm going to basically shut down the laptop, phone and place it in my mothers room since I mostly get urges at night. Trying to stay busy so I have a reason to get straight out of bed. But I guess I have a lot of hope and faith as well. I don't plan on going back. Hard style is the way!
