Hey, I recently relapsed too. I lost (more like tossed out) a lot of progress. Yet, I can not and refuse to give up. You can't give up and wallow in this mess either. There's a better 'you' straight ahead but you must fight, struggle and endure to get there. The beauty of life is in the struggle. Everytime you fall and choose to get back up, you're a little bit wiser, you are a little bit tougher.

Meditate, every now and then, on what you have gained everytime you decided to try again. You'll find and maintain your strength there.

Thank you,man ! Last week was too stressful,i relpased a lot of times i'm ashamed of myself,but i'm back to this challange,bcz i couldn't stand myself looking how i was enslaved by pornography ! I'll do my best i'm on my 3 day ! Thanks again you gave me the strengh to continue !

I still didn't reach the 30days i'm on day 18, yes i'll keep moving forword i have good feeling about it these days, wish you a good luck in your journey !
