To take it more simple is a good recipe for a lot of sorrows.
A good way to find out is to ask yourself. What your biggest fear is? What is the worst case you imagine while you are afraid? Did this worst case ever acquired to be true, or how likely is this to happen anyway?
Just relax and take it simple. Let the urge pass. It's just thoughts and emotions it can't kill you.
