It'd make me look like some kind of guru when I feel like a fellow addict trying to make sense of all this

Very well. Still reading posts here, having therapy, et. but the day-to-day challenges have moved on from porn use to stopping oggling and silencing idle sexual fantasies, though even they are proving easier to master than I'd feared they would. I'm on 807 days without porn and 798 without masturbation. It's made such a positive difference to my life! Thanks for popping by.

I know! The thing I don't get is why there's a throttle on how quickly we report spam. Established members should not have to twiddle their thumbs waiting 20 seconds between each spam report that they submit, madness

Yeah. I see justification in general reports being spread out, but there ought to be some sort of segregation for spam reports, to speed it up. I hate seeing spam litter this awesome site, and being unable to do anything about it, be it for a few seconds! >:(

It's always a pat on the back when someone follows you. I wrtie my journal for me, as a way of navigating through my journey to stay porn free and as a way to reflect on the insights about myself that giving up porn uncovers. If other people find that useful then I am touched.

It is also really useful when people here comment on each other's journals. I've found posts that agree with me, offer me support, or even challenge me incredibly useful.
