    Love is the answer. Connections, friendship, talk to your mom. Pray to God, talk and share your feelings. Spend time here on nofap, keep a journal. Fresh air and walking. Play guitar.....

    Thanks guys! I’ve been trying to keep myself busy for the past few days, and it prevents any sort of fap-related thoughts, until I end up alone and bored. And yes, I will have to start a journal for when I find myself caught in those situations.
