  You can get to 30 and 90, my man. Develop a plan for what /else/ you will do with your time in life. Also, @StopTheMusic uses the every day is a Day 1 approach. Maybe that will work for you?

    Yes, I think so! I do believe I will get to 30 and 90, but it doesn't seem very effective for me to be thinking of those numbers day to day. Every day is Day 1 approach, or a few days at a time, I think will work for me. Thanks for the message!
