Tomorrow is 3 weeks pmo free and idk if it’s because I know it’s tmrw or what but I have so many urges tonight. Somebody help me

  Hey it's normal around that time. When I was on my 20-24 days it was getting really hard, too. Try everything you can to distract yourself from urges. To control yourself. Even if you can't control your thoughts anymore, you can still control your hands, your feet. Go into shower if necessary. Or walk outside in a park. After these days it will get alot easier as far as I've experienced.
