I am alive and well. Day 73 of the come up. Sorry I relapsed again. My last fight.

Too focused on the noise inside me when there's a voice from heaven calling out to me

Finishing out my 20's on a good note. One more month to 30. Just the beginning, God willing.

Day 110. Making the climb up. In the wilderness of paws and will be in for awhile. Rather be the wilderness than the pit of hell of pmo.

Worst feeling in the world. I fell after 258 days no pmo. I don't know what to say. I'm going to come back stronger and more prepared.

The battle molds weak men into strong men

Going through one of the toughest tests in this journey. I will make it.

Just passing through

Past the 200 day mark now. Phase two of recovery. Just getting started.

200 days. Just starting.

Swallowed up in the mire. Hoping one day I get out.

Anxiety and ocd are hunting me down while walking the road most narrow. Walking upright still. To the end.

I say this because I had a vivid wet dream last night. It always sucks but training the mind to get over them quickly.

It is in my opinion that wet dreams must be embraced for long-term success in abstinence and sexual mastery.

When thinking of giving in, keep going. Break throughs are at the end of the toughest battles.
