Day 12B. Confidence & beauty is coming back (Dark clouds are passing). So much beauty to be found out there!

Day 12.A. although I didn't check in 4 last few days, staying sober N less time here and PMO'ing online. It doesn't control my life.

Day 10. 2day was a good day.

Day 9.started with total self pity and gen. state of anxiety/depr.called friend and relaxed,had a fun day!

8c. Random thought: Is there any point in trying to comprehend our own stupidities in relation 2 to the past? Grieving over it?

Day 8b. Had a nice long excersise in movemement, breathing and in a cool environment. Feeling more calm and focused.everytaskisntamountain!

Day 8. Feeling weird but healthy. Relativly good night sleep. small steps now: eat, clean, excercise.

Day 7c. Still continuing this journey, and this natural without downers (as agreed with medical prof.) Now I can finally start a healthy 1!!

Day 7b. Had a small upliftin moment: MO’d with a non corrupted memory from a long time ago with a girlfriend! VICTORY & ONWARDS! Luvyall!

Day 7. Day of rest.Things 2 do at a slow pace. Forwards on this journey of sanity..

Day 6C. Insecurity's and laziness is taking over. Got to get more structured, so much chaos around me! Livin at 2 homes aint easy!

Day 6.B Mental excersise: Instead of thinking ‘FuckYall’ with every daily encounterwithahumanbeing,think:luvyall.

Day 6.9am. Already succes: healthyfruitsnsupplcheck.now eat.study.excercise.clean.look4job.music.manageasituatuon.eatdinnrwithfriends.fin.

Day 5b.Hot damnn it, the power of positivism is making beatiful older women (60+)in my close environment acting al flirty N young!

Day 5. Early mornin again. Feeling confident. Eating healthy at steady times. Now less computer time (braindrain) and more doing!

Day 4. Early morning, shitty feeling. Cried and talked with a relative. Dealing with active wreckages of the past is 2much sometimes!!!

Day 3. thought & practice on a Sunday: Face your demons headon & lead by example?

Day2.got up early, dropped my mom at the airport.didn’t crash thecarinthe wayback(1,5h).greatsucces.9pm now:relax,readnewspaper,eat.hangout?

Have to log off, I can read for hours, and relate 2 most of the subjects & stories.I will gradually share more info about my life. luv2yall!
