Although it's totally your decision, I would definitely advise against it. There's thousands of journals on here about people who tried to do that, but it's a slippery slope back to the same old bad habits. I strongly believe that as soon as you become addicted to something you lose the ability to moderate the habit, it will always lead back to an addiction.
