I guess it depends on what you can do and what you want to do. Cardio comes in a million forms, from running, elliptical, swimming, rowing, biking, etc.

Oh ok. I guess I'll just run every now and then or something lol. Had decent stamina before quarantine and was doing sprints and stuff but stopped since.

The difference, just FYI, is in what muscles are used. For explosive motion, fast twitch muscles are active. Slow twitch muscles come into play for cardio.

I was addicted to Age of Conquerors, and I stopped around 2001. I was really addicted to that game, and I had a serious problem. I didn't leave my apartment except for work. I never saw sunlight. I was depressed and very unhealthy. I was trying to escape. I hated adulthood. There were a lot of problems, and I was trying to escape, which is what addicts do with games, PMO, drugs, whatever.
