Sorry for the delayed response, haven’t checked here in a while. My journey has been mostly good this summer. I’ve had dark moments but they’re mostly only contained within days where I relapse.

I counted that I PMO’d or MO’d on 9 days this summer, out of 70 days. So 12%. However, some of those were back-to-back days, so overall I’ve felt more free this summer than the last 3.

1. Make your bed every day.
2. Cold showers in mornings.
3. Aim to get in bed at approximately 10 PM on weeknights.
4. JOURNAL EVERY NIGHT.
5. Only use social media for communication purposes, leave apps deleted otherwise.

I will gradually introduce new restrictions upon myself (I need them). I wish to permanently transition from grinding my mobile games to being only a casual gamer. I wish to remove all ways to access short form content, and restrict myself from social media. I also wish to double down on my faith by reading the Bible more.

What might caused PMO coming back? If you were clean and it came back something have had to trigger it then.

It was laziness and increased technology usage over a few days.

We know it's a trap. Easier said than done, but stepping back from it certainly will do many good to us.

It's been time for this for a while. Before I joined this site, I successfully completed 135 days without even knowing the number for a while.

Yeah, many times, but sustaining it for 90 has always been a challenge.

This goes to all Israelis, Palestinians, and anyone caught in a crisis that many do not want to be a part of. It breaks my heart to know that I sit in the comfort of a home while others see their walls covered in bullet holes or blown to bits.

According to what I’ve seen on the news, a 9/11-level of people have been killed…2 years ago I was in a class with a kid who went into Israel’s military…I pray that no more civilians are hurt by this conflict.

Probably because it's an addiction.

This is for 2 reasons. First, this site can act as a Twitter substitute. Second, there are so many discussions on porn that the thoughts that arise from these discussions are often porn. So, the chance of bad urges will go down the less I get on this site. Gotta keep on making changes to improve myself, or things won’t work out the way I want.
