Dear freinds,
I am a 39 years old person. Got exposed to porn very early in my life (say at 13 or14). Indulged with it though out my schooling, college, university, job, marriage.. never really knowing the consequences of it. I always thought it was normal, as long as I am not causing any harm to anyone. I have tried quitting porn times in the past. Because I started seeing the effects of porn and masturbation. It drained my energy, I felt tiered all the time. Not indulging anymore in sports, hobbies etc...always finding a reason to stay home all the time. Always rescheduling my calendar, skipping schedules etc. I interest in any activity, my performance at work is getting affected. I always procrastinate. I openly shared my addiction to my wife till some stage of my life, luckily she was very supportive. But after sometimes I stopped sharing, stated hiding and lying about porn and other related activities from her too.
I am here to stop watching porn and focus on more important things of my life like relationship, spirituality, job, hobbies, friends etc. I would like to go on porn and masturbation till Dec 31 2022.
