    I have been watching pornography since I was 15 years old. It took a long while for me to realize that porn addiction was actually a thing.
    I am someone that is slightly spiritual and strongly believed in the concept of monogamy. I also identify as a feminist. I was and have been ashamed (still slightly am) of myself for not having been able to quit porn considering how it's so staunchly against my views and values. I also have anxiety issues.
    I was fairly successful in the recent past. I went without Porn and Masturbation for 90 days. However, certain circumstances lead me to have a series of anxiety attacks. To cope with the stress, I relapsed. Since then I've relapsed pretty bad. This time I want to go without Porn and Masturbation for 6 months.
