PMO is a snake pit, if u do it one time with the thought in mind that u can control next time, it will be harder to control it next time.
Well starting the reboot again now with more bigger target. thanks to nofap community for helping me out and let me know that i can improve
well i m going to the more intense section, now after each day of avoiding pmo there remains a motivation to keep going.
I can feel my urges again but there is a will too. Will to resist the urges this time and make one more productive day.
