I really don't know why I'm writing this publicly but i was happy reading all the stuff i wrote back then time really flies

Well, it has been really alot since i logged in ... I didn't succeed though in NoFap looking at the bright side i grew up alot really

Sixth day, that hair of a difference between doing a thing or not can make huge differences

Fifth day, don't regret trying if it gave you experience.

fourth day, Don't think much of the future what is coming is coming

Third day, work hard till you don't have time to cry.

Second day, Find all the flaws and fix everything.

First day, nothing will change if you don't change anything.

First day, perhaps you hate something but it's better for you

First week, Meditation always help.

Sixth day, If there is something that doesn't satisfy you, you should either change it, leave it or accept it

Fifth day, Control your random thoughts, sometimes all you need is a state of stillness.

Fourth day, Accept your desires, don't reject your body, it's natural to have urges as a human.

Third day, If you concentrate on the now you won't have to worry about the past or what to come.

Second day, it's not about achieving it it's about enjoying every step in it.

First day, If i spoke of good times proudly i should speak of bad times too.

First day, Everything have a start.

Eighteenth day, i fell down like that.

Seventeenth day, The least of the spraks can make the biggest of fires.

Sixteenth day, If you use your time to do good things you won’t have time to think about bad things.
