Thankyou for responding, I'm struggling. Because I have noone to converse with that, that understands and can keep this rubbish private and that will also be reciprecated I do have friends but sometines friends talk about other friends, and relatives, well there pretty useless because (a) they think it's a joke (b) I will also become the muse of their conversations.

  Its so difficult especially when I've been bombarded with this rubbish now I can't cut it out like a cancer nor was I given the tools to not do it I was left on my own and told don't do it again
