The compulsive urges seems to be somehow gone at this point. I'm happy but still alert.

Days are passing pretty fast and without a problem. I was thinking about taking my dumbbells and try to exercise again.

Overcoming urges is difficult yet so worth it! Feels like reaching the top of a mountain or something. Anyway, still rising like a rocket!

Pretty bad day. Not so long ago, it would have been an excuse for relapsing. But my foundations are now rock-solid; ready to face storms.

No case scenario will be better with addiction! Let's fight for a better tomorrow!

I'm so grateful for how well things are working out! The addiction days will soon be behind me!

All going smoothly and according to the plan. But I'll stay alert and keep my eyes opened.

Had no urges today and it felt absolutely refreshing! Living as a slave is not normal and nobody should accept it!

Trying to stay occupied through out the day. Avoiding any triggers. Praying. Everything's going just fine.

Doing great! Going with the flow! No need to worry when I know it's just a matter of time before I can taste the sweet flavour of freedom.

Going slowly but surely. God is at my side and will protect me.

Back to shine once more. Managed to stay clean for three months multiple times and learned a lot with those experiences. Daily updates soon.
