Have re instituted consequences list if need be for the reboot.

4 days into 3rd reboot attempt. No major issues. Just one day at a time.

Seem calmer today. Maybe the gas tank is finally empty.

Have to stop relapsing.

Chaser effect is killing me.

Morning sex drive is really good and my erections are really strong but that was because of the reboots.

Bad relapse week. Need to re commit. Reset my counter everyday this week.

Reevaluating the last few days. New journey now.

Busy day. Not much else to say

After 20 plus years I'm tired of fighting this day and night. I'm worn down.

Really bad depressive cycle now for over a week. Not PMO related. After 20 loud

New goal is no porn till Jan.1. I made 62 days once without even trying.

Changed my counter to reflect new goals based on visit to MD.

Much the same today. Killer headache. Just go day to day

My main withdrawal symptoms are headaches sweats and feeling backed up. Only first 2 this time.

Sweats kicking in today. Just have to ride the wave.

No real problems today other than super depressed. That does keep the urges away.
