Hello, I'm Mark. In a few words: I'm a 65-year-old addict, having spilt time for over twenty years now. I'm too smart to get caught, but my addiction makes me neglect both my wife and myself. It physically makes me sick, but if I continue watching porn, I forget everything. Several times I was able to stop for a few weeks, sometimes a few months, but everytime I was back at the Internet before I had time to think twice.

I can use all the support I can get. Kicking the habit by myself is too open-ended to feel confident. Man, woman, young, old, anyone's experience and advice is welcome. I'll give you my support in return.

My first goal will be: 100 days free of porn. In the end I realize that I'm like an alcoholic: I will have to abstain from porn for the rest of my life, there is no such thing for me as "watching a bit of porn".
