Hello, I am in monk mode now. That means, I am getting my shit together. Therefore for the next 30 days. I am not going to be on this site that much. I have a life to get on living and improving. However you can still email and I will reply, once in a while.

Rebooting basics:

2.Avoid behaviors that mimic YOUR porn addiction. Which usually means behaviors that substitute the synthetic and the two-dimensional for the real deal.

3.Eliminating artificial or synthetic means don't engage in "cam to cam" or chat rooms.
Surfing Facebook, YouTube, Craig'sList or dating sites for pictures and sexual stimuli is like an alcoholic switching to lite beer.

4.Fantasizing about porn is nearly the same as watching it, as you are activating your brain's addiction-related pathways.

5.Reading "erotic" stories counts as porn fantasy.
